We offer the opportunity for the establishment and operation of a business offering high-quality, natural frozen yogurt complimented by a variety of organic fruit or gourmet dry toppings and a wide selection of nutritious refreshing organic fruit smoothies in a streamlined, spotless and highly efficient atmosphere.
Q. How much does the franchise cost?
A. We offer 2 franchise programs:
A. The continuing services or "royalty fee," is 5% of your gross sales and is paid weekly. This fee entitles you to use the "SunniBunni" service mark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a SunniBunni franchise.

Q. How much does the franchise cost?
A. We offer 2 franchise programs:
- A single SunniBunni frozen yogurt store. The estimated total investment necessary to begin operation of a SunniBunni franchise ranges from $147,300 to $242,000.
- Multiple SunniBunni frozen yogurt stores. The estimated total investment necessary to begin operation of multiple SunniBunnifranchises ranges from $154,300 to $361,000 (but can be more if you choose to develop more than 10 units).
A. The continuing services or "royalty fee," is 5% of your gross sales and is paid weekly. Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?
A. It's our priority that each SunniBunni location is a community destination onto itself. We will grant you a territory (called an area of primary responsibility or "area"), defined by zip codes or other physical, political or natural boundaries.
Q. What about advertising?
A. The SunniBunni name and reputation is an important part of our business. You may be expected to make Marketing Fund contributions of up to 2% of your weekly gross sales which will go towards regional advertising to benefite your franchise.
Q. How much training is provided?
A. The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of a SunniBunni franchise and is comprised of on-the-job as well as classroom training.
Q. What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
A. The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for four successive terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
